I've never disagreed with anyone who gets results with higher dosages of Iodine. Who can argue with results? There are instances where I would probably dose very high, but yes I am cautious, particularly after my experience which I shared.
I value all the shared experiences, whatever the dosage. That's how I learn. Ihe seriousness of Iodine Deficiency has only recently hit the mainstream as far as I know, so there are a lot of unknowns concerning supplementation.
But why all the teeth-gnashing whenever I post an opinion?
Time will tell what is most effective. As I've related, Dr. Brownstein found that some people could not take ANY Lugol's. Some had to space out very tiny doses. Some benefitted from the 50 Mg. doses from the start.
