Immucalm Formula: What are the proportions?

Dr. Christopher's formulas are not available in South Africa but I have have a copy of his book (The School of Natural Healing) and I would like to try making his Immucalm formula.
The only problem is that the proportions of the herbs used isn't given ie. the number of parts of Marshmallow to parts Astragalus.

Can anyone help me out?
