Question about potential herpes

i had a cold sore on my lip and saw my g/f take a sip of my drink early last saturday night. i was drunk so i didn't think anything of it. later that night, i had unprotected sex with her (but never touched my mouth to hers or her parts). a couple hours after that b/f we went to bed, she felt horrible with headaches, sinus stoppage, and general malaise. She is still very ill. i began to have a sporadic slight burning sensation on the tip of penis on monday (yesterday), but no apparent sores even today. however, I have been slightly nauseous once each of the last 2 days i also have symptoms of UTI with urgency to pee and slight burning as i finish urinating. I was just wondering if it is possible that whatever sickness she had (which doesn't appear to match the symptoms of an initial herpes infection) she could have given to me via oral sex and that be the reason for slight burning
