hi b2reflect
Food grade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) comes in a variety of strengths but it is most common as 35% H2O2. It is not to be confused with drug-store shelf hydrogen peroxide in 3%. This drugstore variety should never be used internally since it has chemical stabilizers in it to retain the potency over many months on the shelf. Only food grade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) should be taken internally.
hope this answers your Q
Paul
