Pretty healthy, not perfect but getting better all the time. I like lots of veggies, rice, soups, I eat a TON of beans because for whatever reason my body seems to really like them-they give me no digestion trouble or anything. Plus Im a vegetarian. Ive pretty much eliminated almost all trans fats from my diet over the last couple years or so..Im not perfect but basically making my diet healthier all the time. I cook with coconut oil and eat it, as well as pull with it. I also take a really good quality essential fatty acid supplement, lecithin, vitamins, probiotics-primal defense. I love green smoothies, and green algae drinks, as well as wheatgrass type drinks. I used to live on pizza because I work at a pizza place but now I limit myself to one or two meals of pizza per week, each time I make sure to have super thin crust tons of extra sauce and light cheese, plus a lot of veggies. I also eat salads a lot with sprouts and chickpeas are my favorite combo. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head lol..Ill write more if I can. Im not sure its my diet though..Im always working on my diet but I think I definately need to Liver Flush more on top of it.
