I recently purchased Kelp tablets from my local pharmacy.

Kelp
5 grain
All natural Iodine
from Pacific Ocean Kelp

The back of the label says that there150 mcg in the tablets and 60mg of Calcium (as calcium sulfate)

Should I continue to take this stuff until my Lugol's arrive....or should I quit and wait?
