drink up and shoot for about 10 full strength (2 tbls lemon/2 tbls maple)
lemonades each day...mainly don't over to things physically...I always shoot
for 10-12 per day and when I do I never have any problems, only when I skimp
or skip!
some advise a tablespoon of molasses...yet if you follow the program and
down up to 12 lemonades per day, without attempting olymic feats you should
be ok. Drink sensibly...and consistently...using only the finest ingredients
and fresh whenever possible.
