I'm on day 6 now - I've lost 7lbs total - I need to ask - I've had a headache - kind of a dull constant headache - on and off yesterday - I feel the same today - my body is getting rid of all sorts of disgusting stuff - I'm a little tired today - 2 people have said I need to eat protein or bad things are gonna happen! any opinions? I was thinking of buying a protein drink - like those soy protein drinks - but I dunno - is it really that horrible? the people telling me I'm gonna be so sick if I don't eat protein are both kinda overweight and unhealthy...??? I mean I always question advice from people who are not exactly role models for good health - don't mean that to sound the wrong way! any advice?
