If it were unpasteurized Bubbies would say it, highlight it, advertise it. I wasted a week eating it only to find it has 0 probiotics in it.
Google around and you'll find the real stuff. Whole foods here in New York City has the real stuff like Hawthorne Valley farms, Deep Root, etc..
