Hi, I am in a similar situation as you. I have been taking the p and b shakes for 4 weeks now. I am not really constipated as I have one bm a day. A couple of times I had two. I did two shakes one day, but only had the one bm that day so I have stayed with the one shake. I knkow I don't drink as much as I should, but I think raw fruits and veggies are water also, don't know if it;s considered the same though. I am also doing op'ing, continuing LF'ing (just did 6th, don't do the shaked for two days of lf'ing) and am doing iodine. Hard to keep track of it all.
What are the roping things you were getting though? I sometimmes get thin bm's. And sometimes get bm that takes the shape of the intestines (with all the ridges) but they have not been black, just normal colored. Iwas just going to continue as I am with the one shake till I am out of my bottle of bentonite. Really want to pass mp though!
