I think if everyone sends a letter to the effect of-- "geez, Since you aren't willing to meet us half way and just not pastuerize the organic almonds- then I will no longer be buying ANY almonds whatsoever from you"

More people than they realize eat raw nuts because of the raw enzymes not destroyed by heat or chemicals and the fact that the unsaturated fats are not mutilated by heat. The FDA and the Almond board apparantly think most Americans are ignorant and are happy with a greasy cheesburger , fries and almond candybar- so who cares about them. (that's not my attitude)

I like the idea of some of the Curezone members here who are notifying raw almond nut bar companies, etc, of this Pastuerization, and so now many places will be buying imported almonds and no longer will be purchasing them from California suppliers.
