Re: Coughing up candida

Just want to add to my reply to Jake that I didn't mean to cause concern about thrush of the lungs. Someone said that candida can be contained in our mucus and Carthage said that when she started running she began to cough it up. It's probably a rare thing to have it grow in the lungs so I don't want people to worry about it; my Dad's an extreme case and I smoke so if I have it, which I doubt, it's probably due to the weakened state of my lungs. I've giving up!
