portland cement and wheat berries

Just mix some portland cement (quikcrete brand is available at hardware store) with whole wheat berries and put it in a hardware cloth wire cage with a rat-sized opening in case there would be any other animals like birds that would eat it. The portland cement should create a bowel impaction like the story of Daniel and the Dragon. Try to lure them outside so the corpses don't stink up de joint.
