Re: Question for the Ladies - cellulite?
I lifted weights for 7 years, from the time I first noticed cellulite
on my thighs and buttocks, till the time I got too sick with chronic
fatigue (hypothyroid-induced) and then started again in the year 2000
when I was well enough to work out once again. Over the years I did
numerous fasts, some of them 21 days long. I began liver flushing
(though not often) in 2005. Did tons of colon cleansing, including
colonics (which I eventually got trained to do). I started taking
virgin coconut oil (I do 1/4 C per day) the summer of 2005. Stopped
eating wheat and dairy. Already did not drink coffee or eat fried
foods or other junk foods. To
this day I have not seen any diminution in my cellulite, either from fasting, cleansing, liver flushing, weight-lifting or other (been doing
yoga for over 20 years). Cellulite is known to be extremely difficult
if not downright impossible to get rid of. I am eagerly looking out
for any changes with
Iodine supplementation.
