It is tricky, using cocoa butter, as it can solidify in one of two different crystalline forms, callled alpha and beta, one of which is useful, the other of which will make a mess and is not readily interconvertible to the other. "coconut butter" is a mis nomer, which makes me further question the knowledge of the anonymous author of the referenced article, additional to their lack of stating the existence of the alpha and beta forms of cocoa butter and difficulties associated therewith.
