red pimples!

Hi all

in the last month there have been emerging some red pimples over my face.And they are multiplying latetly.
I have never had these before.I never had Acne also.I'm currently 28yrs old and don't think I have Acne now.'
Lastly I take Lugol's internally as well as painting.

Do you think it's some kind of detox? some virus coming out/being killed by Iodine? In the last couple days I feel sometimes a slight nausea.Is that also from detox? I only take 2 gr Vit C.No Selenium yet, no salt water, no Mg.

Any feedback?
