Re: trying to cope with unwanted facial hair

Clearly, facial hair is homonal-high testosterone. A product called DIM (4 pills per day) may help, iherb.com sells it for $19.50. Facial hair can be gently bleached by using hydrogen peroxide on it. Take a cotton ball and soak it, wipe on face, being careful not to get it on eyebrows or hair and not near the eyes. Also, with tweezers, pluck out some of the real bothersome hairs.

Eat healthy and get exercise as this will help bring balance. I would also look into taking irodol, Iodine supplement. Start with 6 mg per day for one month and see how you feel. Continue to brush your teeth with a flouride toothpaste, but do what you can to limit your injestion of flouride. Take a high quality vit/min supplement.

Do all of this for one month, nothing else---no detoxing. Remain positive and feel better in no time.

If you feel better after one month, then you will feel even better on the second month if you can keep it up!

Cheers
