I WANT to know how to do the Orange juice fast!!!!

Please excuse me if I sound a little flustered.

I have been reading MH's posts and his website, even 108 pages ( which is full of parasite pictures) for sometime now. No where I see how the fast has to be conducted. I looked at each and every page of that book for more than 8 times, no mention of the fast. If it's not in the book, then why is it said repeatedly that it is in the book? Why make it such a big mystery? Why not simply tell people what to do? Why not make it Recommended post? Something is not right here.

I dont care whose version it is, the old MD #1, #2 or whoever, I only want to know HOW THE ORANGE JUICE FAST IS TO BE DONE? The fast that is mentioned in almost every post on this forum, the one that says on the top pf every page of this forum, one cure cures all. WHAT IS IT ?
Is it forbidden to talk openly about it on the forum, other than saying one cure cures all?

Three years ago, I stumbled on master cleanse forum. That is how I found curezone, doing the websearch for fasts. In that forum, the information is all over the place. Why is it such a mystery in this forum?

If there is a book to purchase then please, PLEASE, save us some effort and tell us where to buy the book, instead of giving the run arounds.

Is there any one on this forum who has done the orange juice fast? And who can tell me how to do it? If not, atleast can tell me from where to BUY the information?
