Me Love Castor Oil!

Just bought another 4 bottles today, it's not expensive. They have only 1 size which is around 100ml. I could finish a bottle in a week.

Compared to VCO, Castor Oil gives better & faster whitening effects on my teeth, which is yellow. After 1 week with Castor oil, I'm seeing gradual whitening of teeth at the root. The yellow is not so conspicuous anymore (30% yellow & maybe 60% pale white). I don't see such quick whitening while on VCO, especially not at the root.

It's thick & heavy if you're new to it, so use only half a tablespoon to workout your mouth/tongue muscles. The oil gets watery after 3-5 mins for me. Increase oil volume once you're up to it. The oil smells like peanuts to me now.

Spoke to the Indian grocer who sold the castor oil. Traditionally, Indians use Castor Oil to stimulate hair growth on infants/babies. The oil also promotes digestion for adults, when taken internally.

Another thing I observed : After an OP session, teeth are white but they would resume to a faint yellow after 1-2 hours. Could it be due to me smoking & drinking tea? Have others observed this as well? Thanks. Tweet
