Flush #11 and #12

Flush 11 occurred on Feb 21, and unfortunately the details were lost by our CureZone tragedy.  I do a Hulda Clark flush, and I recall gagging trying to get all of the liquids down.  Other than that, it was a pretty uneventful flush with less than 100 stones - none bigger than a peanut.

After flush 11, I did the MC for 27 days.  I worked my way off and have been back on normal foods for a few weeks and just found the time to do a post-cleanse liver flush.

Flush 12 was done on April 17/18.  Again, Hulda Clark recipe.  Still had trouble getting the ES down.  The GFJ/OO concoction went down OK.  Again, I saw less than 100 stones.  These were very small - pea size or smaller.

I feel very blessed to have found CureZone and liver flushing.  Thanks for posting your flushing experiences!  I enjoy reading about them and learning!!
