Re: DAY 1: 10 Day Water Fast

Hey there! I think it's awesome your going to give it a go! I think you'll surprise yourself after about the 4th day of how easy it get's from there. The only problem that I ran into, was by the 12th day or so I started to get a bit dizzy, but anything before then.. I was fine. I think you'll lose quite a bit the first couple days, like maybe even 5 pounds all at once.. then after that.. you'll lose about 1 pound per day.. just guessing.
