Castor oil is wonderful

I OP with VCO, it's gives a mild, clean feel to the whole mouth cavity. Tried castor oil, was a bit apprehensive due to the smell & taste, but was quickly bowled over by the whitening effects on teeth. The clean feel in mouth is much amplified, although working the oil to watery-thin requires more effort (oil is thick & heavy).

Switching oils always gives a pleasant surprise. Thank you for this excellent protocol!
