Wow! me and you just alike. I too, is stressed and was told that when ur body is more relaxed you gain healthy weight.

i was told to take vitamin B-12. helps increase apetite.

have you heard of peractin?


I say start drinking a cup of olive oil with lemon three times a day

you will see weight gain

also do some squats with weights.
