Do A colon cleanse first, so you are having a regular movement. Some times bigger stones can get caught up when you are doing the cleanse, and they are not fun to deal with. Many Gallbladder flushes will have you take Epsom salts to cleanse the stones once they are purged, I couldn't do it.  I used Oxy-Powder to get the stones out, it worked great and I had not a one problem.  Depending on the cleanse, you may feel a little sick, so just be aware that this may happen.
