Re: rash or acne all over my face

may i ask what your skin regimen is? i started doing the Master-Cleanse cos of a sudden outbreak of Acne on my face (sudden and horrible) after a period of stress... it's never been like that before!! and it's lasting like 3 months now.... i'm on my 10th day of Master-Cleanse and i don't know if it really helped with the acne....

tomorrow i will start preparing for a LF....
