Anyone heared of this colloidal silver maker?

Hi I am new to this forum and will try anything to help with endometriosis,allergies and digestion problems. I have suffered with this stuff for most of my adult life and it is getting worse, I have no energy for anything. This is way I am thinking of trying Colloidal Silver , the thing is that I only work part-time and I do not have a lot of money and I have already spent sooo much money on things that have not worked. I have seen the prise of the colloidal makers and I didn't think that I could afford one right now. However I have just seen one for 35 dollers by a company called bigdu, I am in the UK but even with shipping I think I could manage this. I was just wondering if anyone had heared of this and if it was any good? Is it really importent to get a really expensive one?
