Yeah, why is it society have become so warped into thinking that eating a healthy Diet of fruit and vegetables must mean you are on some weight-loss 'diet'? It's so infuriating when I'm eating out with friends, tucking into a gorgeous salad or something and they're pushing steak and chips at me in an attept to lure me away from my supposed 'dull' diet...hmmm, would I rather be full of toxins, overweight and prone to heart disease later in life eating the standard western diet of meat and overcooked 'dead' vegetables, or live a long and healthy life, glowing and bouncing with energy on my raw vegetarian diet? No competition there then! :)
