In a strange way I think these regulations/controls may have a higher purpose. If people do not wake up then they die! I believe people will gravitate to subtle energies for healing purposes. Hands on healing, telepathic healing, healing with structured water (structured by intention, by the mind). We are evolving and changing. God's purpose for mankind will not be thwarted but people are asleep. Only when they turn to Grace will they see the Light and be healed. There is a saying...
