Re: Parkinson's

Dear Rewachand!!

It is great, that You help your friend to look for solutions for PD.
Look, if there was a simple fits all way to cure this disease, all the other treatments would have been vanished long time ago ....

Here and there are people who found cure to their PD. Their way is usually highly individual and copying it does not necessarily bring results.
BUT they are the proof that cure is possible! One only has to find its way!

Now what can You try:

1. Mentally: Start to believe, thay your situation can be improved! Read the inspiring stories from people who healed themselves from diseases with worst prognosis

Do You want to heal?? It is not enough just not wanting to suffer. You need goals in your life, very specific goals!

Visualisation: See Yourself doing things that you would like to be able to do.
Give the disease an image and find your personal way in your image to conquere the disease.

Pray to God, the universe or whomever.

Be thankful for what You can be thankful for

May be You havine this disease can not be changed, but still You can choose how to handle it.

2. Emotionally: Laugh, every day at least 20 minutes. Today there is proof that also artificial laughter brings you enourmous health benefits. (find out about laughter yoga). You can not laugh - imagine you do!

Find a group that will take care of the traumas you suffered in your life. I highly recommend shouting/screaming groups ...

You need lots of hugs! Find out how you can get them. Remember, that each hug means also that you are giving something. And you have lots to give.

4. Breathe deeeeeep

5. Nutrition: find your way!
Stop sugars totally. Eat fresh food. Recommended: organic, vegetarian. Stay away from margerine and processed food. Drink fresh juices. For heavens sake do not take cholesterol lowering drugs.

6. Read about Viatmine and Mineral Supplements. Find out, what might fit You and give it a try! There is lots to explore. If You see no improvement - then it does not help you. Try something else.

7. Look for a support group!

8. Think about what You can do to enjoy life and do it! - do not think about what you can not do.

9. Intend to become healthy. Reach out to the universe with your intention. An answer will come!

And now I have a request. I am a physician and I might in the near future treat people with PD. I want You to write me Your personal experience with the disease. What are your symptoms. What do you suffer from most. What do You think about the reasons why You got the disease?
What helps You, what did not help You?
Your experience with medications. Which? Side effects?
What do You want me to know?

Lots of love and laughter
