Re: Coconut Oil in the microwave?

I find it so hard not to swallow coconut when I take a "bite" and try to let it melt! It will melt at 76 degrees F., so with summer just around the corner, it won't be solid in the jar anymore.

I used to put some in a small jar and put it on the coffee maker. Needless to say I would OP AFTER I had the coffee, but that would liquify it....
