I also dont swallow even the good oils after Im done oil pulling...I mean..Im no expert at this Ive only been doing it a short time, but isnt the point to draw toxins OUT through the mouth? If you swallow arent you just injesting a bunch of gross stuff? It says on the instruction web site to try not to swallow it...
