coffee only, then make sure you follow the instructions (Without Epsom Salt). Once you are familiar with these low enemas then experiment if you want...

The Trapper recipe was 3 cups distilled water (not two quarts) and 13 drops of Lugol's...

NOTE: Make sure you simmer the coffee for at least 15-20 minutes to destroy the oils
