I thought the same thing.
Actually my hunger goes about 75-80% away, but still have an empty feeling, close to like hunger. Never have had to force myself to drink juice, but drink it to stave off that close to hunger like feeling.
Somer?? :-) thoughts? Any other of you marathon girls??
I AM mixing in 'almost all water' days with my juice feasting. On those days, I get a bit weak, but lose 2 lbs instead of the 1 lb a day with the juice.
I'd like to hear from others too...you mean you have NO hunger? Nada?
(maybe Chunklet is thinking we only do FRUIT juice...most of my juice is vegatable, so no
Sugar there...i always add an apple and carrot, so that adds some sugar, but little.)
