Sounds like you and I are in the same boat. Those are the two areas I need to work on.
I am not fat but could loose about 5-10 lbs probably more like 8lbs.

BUT if I went to the doctor to get those shots they would probably laugh in my face.


I too am taking the apple cider vinager in tabs right now and just ran out of the coconut capsules. I am trying to take my digestive enzymes regularly too!
