Re: moxa1

Tracy,

By no means did I imply that what Susan was doing was wrong, or not sufficient for here condition. Diet and lifestyle are always of the utmost importance for the prevention and treatment of disease as well as overall health, including the health of the immune system. In many cases of cancer, as I have personally witnessed over the past 30 years, diet and lifestyle are NOT enough to eradicate this disease and all too often the patient suffers a relapse at some point. Although the reasons are complex, our immune systems, even healthy ones, have a difficult time differentiating between malignant cells and normal ones in many instances (not all). As a result it is always beneficial to attack directly the virus/cancer cell with something that has little or no toxic effect on the rest of the body, and indeed may have an overall health benefit by strengthening the immune system.
The fight against cancer is a lifelong proposition, and one that should be approached with zeal.
