Day 12 is here!

I'm doing great! Still super alert and alive and I've been eliminating a shocking amount of mucus from my liver. I can't believe how much! Today I'm sneezy for the first time during my fast, so it's coming out of both ends! I'm waking up at 4 or 5 in the morning without the need of an alarm clock, and I'm able to work through to 10 or 11pm. Despite the red nose, I feel terrific.

On to day 12!
