LOL, I can sure relate to all of this! Had to laugh about the OP stains!
I do mine while still in my nightie...or in the shower at night. My
cleaning bills are already way too high, from drinking smoothies with
virgin coconut oil in them (with green foods powder of course :-) and
getting them down the front of my shirts and sweaters...today I got smart
and spooned into my mouth, it's pretty thick from various powders (hydrolyzed
collagen, vit C and green foods, plus a raw egg) and did a bit better,
am happy to say! as for the iodine, er, adornment, I've been putting some
on my thyroid and wore a scarf in a few times. However the scarf is a
knit (baby alpaca) and it will soon be too warm for such things. I'm
gonna have to invest in a bandana or something. At least they can't
see my painted boob--at least, not at work, tee hee!
my fingers were getting pretty orange, but someone here posted I could use
a sea sponge, and that works great! I highly recommend it--cost me about
$3 and it sure beats getting your fingers all stained (plus dried out)
and you get more onto the area you intended to paint, rather than a lot
of it on your hands, to boot.
