You're probably getting bloated after eating because you need digestive enzymes. Raw foods already contain the enzymes needed to digest the food naturally, but when you cook a food, all the enzymes are destroyed, so it just sort of sits in your stomach, making you bloat. If you're going to eat heated food, you probably need to take 3 enzyme capsules every time you eat something cooked.

Be careful about grains, wheat isn't good for you. If you're going to eat grains, eat spelt, buckwheat, quinoa, millet, or oatmeal. If you're really keen on pasta, they do have spelt pasta available - check your organic section for it.
