Can't take it anymore !

I have been everywhere all kinds of doctors ... i am 43 year old female and i have had TMJ since i was a kid ... now i have spasms left side so bad it feels like someone has a vice grib on my head .. i get dizzy and disorentated and my face isn't even the same on both sides anymore ... i can hardly work and i want my life back the last 4 years have been unbearable .. shots in the neck and shoulder and even jaw ... i take lorazapam that helps the dizzy alittle i think by relaxing the muscles that are in constant spasm just alittle ... I am at a loss i dont know whre to go who to go to cause, i have been everywhere and they trip out when they feel the spasms but, nobody helps ... i want my life back could someone pleasehelp me ..
