There is a newer procedure for fibroids called uterine artery emolization. This would enable you to avoid another myomectomy and become pregnant. I had a myomectomy, although I have not had a return of my fibroids. If you do opt for any other procedure, I would recommend natural progesterone cream (I like Emerita), do some research into the supplement DIM, do some cleansing and evaluate your diet, and find an acupuncturist that is well versed with gynecological issues and Chinese herbs.
