I've started MC's simply to clear up skin problems and its worked every time.

The Master-Cleanse is great for cleaning up the skin.

When you get back to eating food, try to add uncooked organic vegetables to your diet.
I grind mine up in a "chopper type" kitchen tool and add oils and salad dressings.
