Does the following history call for a double dose?

Here's my history; does this call for a double dose rather than single dose of Humaworm?

Years 2000 through present: take oregano oil and thyme oil, very diluted, internally nearly every day.

2000 -2003: once per year did a Clark parasite cleanse, and three times per year took Artmesia for 20 days.

I've been tested as having evidence of/traces of the following hiding away in my body:
Roundworms
Remnants of mumps virus
B Coli (not E coli, B coli)
Trichomonas in the intestines

Also Blastocystis shown via stool test, which I will treat using a prescription protocol as per badbugs.org in a month or two, after a round of Humaworm.

I weigh 125 pound, if that matters. I can NOT do a fruit/vegetable/water fast for a month or even more than a week. There is nothing else to say about that; people who can do this do not have the physiology that I do. The best I can do is to limit myself to vegetables, legumes, fish and chicken, nuts, oils, and small amounts of fruit.
