Re: Day 2 Questions

You asked:  My answer:

Couple questions about the SWF................
1. I felt very nauseaus drinking it, it really made me queasy almost threw up. Is that common?

Yes - very common.  It's not pleasant but the benefits make it worth it.  You will feel a lot better during each day, if you AWAYS start your day  of (only during the Master Cleanse) with a SWF.  Detox symptoms will be drastically reduced.

2.I think the flush worked, I had my laxative tea before bed, woke up and immediately had a soft but formed movement.
After the SWF I had several eliminations, but they were all 99% liquid, is that normal? Not much else came out? I was expecting more than just fluid.

Yes - normal.  Believe it or not, even though it seems like what comes out it just what you drank, it does have a lot of toxins in it.  Even though it is just liquid, it's a rinse that cleans your system of what you worked so hard to loosen up the previous day.  If you skip that rinse, you are essentially keeping the toxins in.  Sounds pretty bad doesn't it?  Better out than in...

I feel OK. I know that I will be ok for the next few days however 10 days is really sounding like an eternity.

It does get better.  Don't short change yourself.  By the time you are at 8 or 9 days - it's common to not really want to return to eating.  You're gonna feel so much better for trudging through this.

Any pros do less than 10 days for their first MC. Thinking 7 days then slowly back to food for the last 3. Any suggestions?

You really should make you first Master Cleanse a 10 day vacation from food.  Your body will thank you later.  Ten days is stated as the minimum for noticable benefit.  Why do 7 days (that's a long time) and not actually continue on to the finish line?  Maybe it would help for you to go over (in your own mind or on paper) the reasons that you wanted to do this cleanse in the first place.  Review what you intended to accomplish.  What did you expect to achieve?

Follow through with the Ten day commitment you made to improving your health.  You can do it!

Cheers! ~ Roberta ~
