My first order of Lugol's is on its way!

I am so thankful for this group! I was just beginning to research Lugol's (a friend put some on my arm to see if I needed it a few months back, then another friend mentioned it recently which reminded me to look into it).

I ordered from Clarkson Labs (I'm in WA state). They have 500 ml. for $23 and 1 liter for $33.10. The minimum order for new customers is $50, so I got 2 liters. She said it will keep for 5 years if stored in the dark, like under the sink.

I'm really excited! I read somewhere (need to go back and really read this time, not just skim) that Lugol's can help with insulin resistance. If I could fix that ...... wow I can't even imagine the possibilities. :D
