continuity is key to the cleanse. YOur body will
adapt more freely if you use the same formula
throughout...2+2 tablespoons of maple and lemon juice.
If you are shooting for 10-12 lemonades per day(at least 8)
and drinking pure water,using as much cayenne as possible
and following the routine of tea and swf nightly and daily
your system will assimilate the nutrients most efficiently,
ensuring a safe and hopefully non 'eventful' cleanse.
I don't feel that the blackstrap is always wise as a boost
(not prescribed in the book,anyway)unless you are using
blackstrap in lieu of Maple syrup.
If you or anyone feel the need for more energy then I suspect
that one is:
A)over doing it physically,B)not drinking enough
full strength lemonades,C)Not subscribing to the precribed
protocol per the book,D)All of the above.
Plenty of rest,etc...important ,too.
Blackstrap provides more nutrients than maple and it may be
better to use 'from the onset'. I have switched midstream
from maple to blackstrap and it knocked me down, taking days
to recoup. I don't like molasses too much.
I found a great source for 'c' grade maple and had great results.
'C' has more nutrients and vits. It tastes and smells so much like
blackstrap that I know it's loaded.

because they use 4 taps instead of 3...yet it is the same.
They lightly strain the 'C' ensuring more nutrients...
