Re: Day one - some questions
Hi...
Make your lemonade fresh whenever possible...
Enzymes deteriorate after a few hours.
Cayenne 'blooms' as it steeps, thus getting
hotter. Best to add just before drinking.
I float mine on top of the lemonade and can
take a lot more in.
questions 1-4=nope, although kosher ,pure salt
may work.
Mint tea is the only prescribed tea in the book
Chilling the lemonade only forces your body to
have to heat it up so it can be processed, thus
taking up vital healing energy from your body that
could have been used to energize you.
Not only is
Sugar free gum rotten for your body,
chewing it induces the digestive process. Nix it.
It ain't always going to be easy, especially when
you make it tougher on your body to adapt to the
cleanse/fast.
Part of the cleanse includes saying no to your whims
and roughing it out. Days 3 or 4 represent the 'hump'
for most...grin and bear it! Saying no now will make
it easier post cleanse to say no to the culprits that
got you here.
all the best,
Detour
