Is a parasite cleanse right for me at this time?

I am about to complete a 28-day MC. I have heard about a parasite cleanse and have a few questions.

Is a parasite cleanse just taking a pill (as I have read) or is it more?

Should I wait some time after the MC to start a parasite cleanse?

I plan on doing a Liver Flush at the end of April. Can I do both a parasite cleanse & liver flush at the same time? Or, is there an order of things?
