April & October - A Good Cleansing Schedule

Back in the day, familes used to de-worm themselves twice per year. In my Grandmother's notes, April and October were the most popular cleansing months for most families. This is the schedule I personally am on - I started my HUMAWORM on Sunday and will finish on the 30th. Most of my family is on this same schedule and we take the exact same formulas that I sell to the public.

As for me - I have never had any die-off and I have never passed anything visible. But then again, I have been parasite cleansing since I was 2 years old. I remember back when herbs were taken straight and chased down with water. Thank goodness for capsules! I can take them straight, but I sure like those tasteless, easy-to-swallow pills :)

I have been working in my garden here lately and it sure is nice to see Spring in full bloom! One of my favorite smells is that of freshly plowed earth. It has always amazed me to plant little seeds and watch them grow into plants that will produce enough food for my family and friends for an entire year!
