Re: External ACV usage

ACV is used for a myriad of external applications: athletes foot, ear ache, hives, rough skin, foot odor, ring worm, dandruff, dermititis, muscle strain/sore muscles, varicose veins, heel spurs, toenail fungus and more.

It can be applied directly to the skin for (athlete's foot, hives, toenail fungus, ringworm, etc., or hair in the case of dandruff, after which it is rinsed out) or diluted in water for soaking feet and muscles, etc.
