I MISSED you all SO much! AND...disappearing mole:)

I loves loves loves all a you! & I loves me my i-o-dine too:) Dang, CZ is down for a day, I was having serious withdrawals. I NEED you people!

Anyway, I did a little paint experiment on a suspicious mole on my arm. It was flat, irregularly colored, REALLY dark in areas. Yesterday I painted Lugol's, reapplied maybe 6 times. I also painted the area right next to it for comparison AND I applied to a non-suspicious mole. This morning that mole slid right off & the area is pink. The normal area and the non-suspicious mole show no change whatsoever.
I really didn't think that it was going to work so FAST! Wow! The area is little tender today so I will wait a few days & re-apply.

A couple of years ago I had a similar experience with a mole "dissolving. That time I was sorta semi fasting on mucho fruit. I don't know if these skin manifestations are pre-cancerous or toxins coming out of the skin or what, but my experience shows that properly supported, the body will cleanse itself. Lugol's seems to rev up that process:)

And it's WAY cool that the Iodine only targets suspicious tissue! Tweet
